01Which tier
The price is per location.
A location is a place where you rent things out, such as a station with trailers or a building with storage units. The number of products, locks or bookings at the location does not change the price.
If you want to start simple, choose Start: customers book and pay online and pick up from you as usual. When you want customers to pick up on their own, move up to Unattended. You can go live without locks and fit them later.
If you hand over in person, Start is enough, at SEK 990DKK 695€89 a month. An unattended location costs SEK 1,690DKK 1,195€149 a month on Unattended, plus the locks.

Locks and hardware
A separate line in the quote. You buy the locks once and they are yours. We help you choose the right locks for trailers, storage units, machines or doors.
Payment fees
We take no commission. You pay Stripe's card fees, and in Sweden your bank's Swish fees, as usual.
Your own app
If you want an app in the App Store and Google Play under your own name, we build it on request. The price depends on what it should do.

04Chains and groups
Several locations or several companies.
Qonnecta works the same for one trailer as for a chain with many locations. This is how it works.
All locations in one account
Each location has its own products, opening hours and address, and the customer chooses the location when booking.
Several companies in one group
If you have one company per town or per line of business, they sit under the same group in the account. Each company can have its own Stripe account, so card payments go to the right company.
An overview of the companies
At group level you see every company and how many locations it has, add new ones and open a company to see its bookings and statistics. Want a combined calendar for all companies? Tell us, and we'll add it.
Cross-booking between your companies
Within your own group, the customer can add products from another of your companies to the same booking. The payment can be split, so each company gets its share straight into its own account.
Logins per location or company
Someone who works at one location or in one company gets their own login that only works there.
A price for you, one invoice
Have many locations? Get in touch and we'll put together a price for you. You get one invoice from us for all locations and companies, and we set up the locations and companies for you.

What counts as a location?
A place where you rent things out, such as a station with trailers, a building with storage units or a shop with machines. The number of products and bookings at the location does not change the price.
Do you take commission on my bookings?
No. You pay a fixed price per location, however much you rent out. You pay Stripe's card fees, and in Sweden your bank's Swish fees, as usual.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You pay month by month and can change tier or cancel whenever you like.
When do I start paying?
When your booking page goes live. That is when you register your card, and it is charged from that day. Creating the account and setting everything up yourself costs nothing. If you are not happy within 30 days, you get your money back.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you are not happy within 30 days of your booking page going live, tell us, and you get back what you have paid.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Creating an account and setting everything up yourself is free, and you can talk to us first. You only pay once your booking page goes live, and you can change tier whenever you like.
What does it cost if you set everything up for me?
Nothing. We set up your locations, products, prices and payment for you, at no cost. If you would rather do it yourself, the AI assistant sets it up with you in five minutes, also free.
Is there an annual price?
Yes. If you pay for a year at a time, you get 12 months for the price of 10.
Can the booking page have my colours?
Yes, from Unattended. On Start, the booking page shows your name and logo in Qonnecta's standard look, black and white. On Unattended and Autopilot it gets your own colours. The small Powered by Qonnecta link is on every tier.
Do I have to buy locks?
No. You only need locks for what you want to rent out unattended. Begin with Start and hand things over as usual, then move to Unattended when you want customers to pick up on their own. You can go live without locks and fit them later.
What does the AI assistant cost?
The AI assistant is included in every plan, in the monthly price. Every plan has the chat on your booking page and the assistant in admin, which makes changes once you have approved them. Unattended adds the morning overview. Autopilot adds three things you switch on yourself: the AI assistant acts right away by your rules, without waiting for your approval; the inbox, where it answers your customers' e-mail; and the option to connect ChatGPT or Claude to your account. How much you can use the AI assistant per month follows the plan, within fair use: normal on Start, more on Unattended and the most on Autopilot. Read what it does and does not do.
