Rent out your venue by the hour, paid before anyone arrives.
The customer sees free times, books and pays by card (or Swish in Sweden). You let them in as usual, or let the customer get in with a code to the door. For studios, meeting rooms, saunas and party venues.
Evenings and weekends are often when people want to book, and when you least want to be dealing with e-mails and calls. The booking page is always open.
With a code: no handing over keys
The customer only sees the code to the door once the booking has started, and each code is valid for a limited time. The next customer gets a new one.
Paid before anyone arrives
The customer pays when booking and sees your cancellation terms first, so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.
02The customer
How a customer books a venue.
Chooses a day and a timeThe customer sees free times within your opening hours, by the hour or for a whole day.
Adds extrasCleaning afterwards or equipment, for example, added to the same booking.
Pays straight awayBy card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, Swish in Sweden, and Klarna if you turn it on. Businesses can pay by invoice.
Gets inYou let the customer in, or the customer starts the booking on site and gets the code to the door.
Venues rented by the hour are often run with a code to the door, since nobody has time to hand over the key several times a day. Many party venues, and venues people view first, are handed over in person. Qonnecta works for both: the customer books and pays online, and you let them in, or the customer sees the door code once the booking has started.
Staffed
Included in Start, €89
Customers book and pay online, and you hand over as usual. The booking tells the customer that the handover is staffed, with your address, opening hours and phone number. You press Start booking when you hand over and End booking when it comes back.
Unattended
Included in Unattended, €149
Fit a digital lock to whatever suits. The customer starts the rental on site, photographs the condition and gets a code that only works during the booking. You don't need to be there, and you see every step in admin.
When the customer is on site and has started the booking. Each code is valid for a limited time, and the next customer gets a new one. If you need time for cleaning, you add a buffer between bookings.
How do I know the venue is left tidy?
You can have the customer go through a short checklist with photos when leaving, for example that the worktops are wiped and the windows shut. If something looks wrong it shows up under Issues in your admin.
What happens if the customer cancels?
You set the terms, and the customer sees them before booking. If the customer cancels, they are refunded automatically.
Which lock suits a door?
A digital door lock from igloohome, or a key box by the door if you want to start simple. We help you choose, and we're happy to find a solution for other locks.

More about venue rental.
Venues that are booked again and again
A studio, a meeting room or a sauna is often rented a few hours at a time, many times a week. Each booking is small, but together they add up to a lot of e-mails, messages and keys. When the customer can see free times, pay and get in with a code, most of that work disappears. That is how online booking and digital locks work in Qonnecta.
Good to decide before you start
How long a buffer do you need between two bookings? How far ahead can people book, and until when can they cancel? What should the customer do before leaving? The answers become your terms and your checklist, and the customer sees them before booking.
Can I have different prices for daytime, evenings and weekends?
Yes. The price list can have different prices on different weekdays and at different times, and extras such as cleaning.
Can I rent out several venues?
Yes. Each venue is a product of its own with its own calendar, and the customer only sees the times that are free.
Does it work if we hand things over ourselves?
Yes. The customer books and pays on your booking page, and you hand over as usual. The booking tells the customer that the handover is staffed, with your address, opening hours and phone number. You press Start booking when the customer picks up and End booking when it comes back, so the calendar shows what is out and the reminder before the return goes out. If you book for a customer who calls, they can pay you directly. It is included in Start, €89 (SEK 990 in Sweden, DKK 695 in Denmark) per location and month, and you can add locks later on whatever suits.
Which locks work?
Qonnecta supports locks from igloohome: padlocks, key boxes and door locks, and we're happy to find a solution for other locks. If you already have a code lock with a fixed code, the customer can get that code in their booking. We help you choose locks for what you rent out.
Can I see who has had access?
Yes. Every code belongs to a booking, and the lock's log shows when codes were created and for which booking.
What does Qonnecta cost?
